Step 1 Apply to dry scalp — do not apply to wet hair.

Step 2 Spray directly onto thinning or affected areas of the scalp.

Step 3 Massage into the scalp for a few minutes to ensure absorption.

Step 4 Use twice daily (morning and night) for the first 3 months.

Step 5 From month 3 onwards, switch to a single bedtime application only.

Step 6 Do not rinse off.
