Orders & Delivery
Q Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Pakistan — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and all major and minor cities nationwide. If you can receive a courier, we can deliver to you.
Q How long does delivery take?
Lahore orders take 1–2 business days. All other cities take 3–5 business days. During sale periods, deliveries may take up to 5–7 days.
Q How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can also WhatsApp us at +92 340 4141711 or DM us on @bkpharma.co for a status update at any time.
Q What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Online payment via credit/debit card and bank transfer is also available at checkout.
Q Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot cancel but you may return the products in accordance with our return policy. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to cancel.

Q Are your products dermatologist tested?
Yes. Every product in our range is tested and validated by dermatologists before it reaches you. Our formulations are built to pharmaceutical standards — not just cosmetic grade.
Q Are your products halal?
Yes, all BK Pharma products are formulated without any ingredients derived from pork or alcohol. Our products are suitable for use by Muslim consumers.
Q Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our Moist-BK range (Lotion, Bar, and BK-Derm Gel) is specifically formulated for sensitive, dry, and eczema-prone skin and is safe for all ages including infants. For other products, we recommend doing a patch test before full application if you have very sensitive skin.
Q Can pregnant or breastfeeding women use your products?
We recommend consulting your doctor or dermatologist before using any active skincare products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. The GLUTA-BK Oral Shots in particular should be discussed with a healthcare provider first.
Q How should I store my products?
Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most products should be stored below 30°C. The GLUTA-BK Oral Shots should not be exposed to direct sunlight or heat. Do not freeze the Moist-BK Lotion.
Results & Routines
Q How long before I see results?
This varies by product and concern. Most face washes and serums show visible improvement within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. Melasma treatments typically take 8–12 weeks for significant improvement. Hair fall treatments show reduced shedding from week 4, with density improvements by weeks 8–12. Consistency is the single most important factor.
Q Can I use multiple BK Pharma products together?
Yes — our products are designed to work together. The bundles on our website are clinically sequenced routines where each step supports the next. If you are combining products independently, follow the basic skincare order: cleanser → serum → cream → sunblock (morning).
Q What is the difference between Face Guard SC and Face Guard T?
Face Guard SC (SPF 40++) is an oil-free, sebum-controlling sunblock for oily and acne-prone skin. It has no tint and no coverage. Face Guard T (SPF 60) is a tinted sunblock for all skin types — it blends into your skin tone and provides a natural coverage finish. Use SC if your skin is oily; use T if you want a natural glow with coverage.
Q Do I need to use sunscreen with your brightening products?
Yes — this is essential. Sunscreen is not optional when using any brightening, whitening, or hyperpigmentation treatment. UV exposure is the primary trigger that re-activates melanin production and can undo months of treatment progress. Always apply Face Guard SC or T every morning.
Returns & Refunds
Q What is your return policy?
We accept returns on products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. If a product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Q How do I request a return or refund?
Contact us on WhatsApp (+92 340 4141711) or email info@bkpharma.co with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if the product is damaged. We will respond within 24 hours.
