Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Lahore orders take 1–2 business days to be delivered. All other cities take 3–5 business days.

• Deliveries may take up to 5–7 days during sale periods.

Order Cancellation Policy:
• If your order has not yet been processed, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
• If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may return the products for a refund in
accordance with our return policy.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Please
allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
